Luminary AI Technologies Inc. (“Luminary,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Luminary Technology Network and its connected applications, platforms, websites, and services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and disclose information when you use the Services.

Users should provide only the information necessary to use the relevant feature. Certain Services use generative artificial intelligence to create, summarize, organize, analyze, or transform content. Information submitted to these features may be processed by Luminary and by technology providers working on our behalf to generate responses and operate the Services.
AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be independently reviewed. It is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.

Luminary does not sell personal information and does not operate the Services as an advertising platform based on the sale of member data.
Luminary retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods depend on the type of information, the relevant Service, contractual requirements, and applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. Information transmitted between users and the Services is protected using modern encrypted connections where supported. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You may also manage certain account information, communication preferences, integrations, and permissions through the Services. Disconnecting an integration does not necessarily delete information previously imported or processed.

If you receive access through an employer, university, government agency, or another organization, that organization may administer your access and may have rights concerning information associated with its account. The organization’s agreement with Luminary and its own privacy practices may also apply.
The general Luminary Technology Network is not directed to children under 13. Any educational service specifically intended for younger users must be operated under appropriate organizational agreements, notices, permissions, and parental or institutional consent where required.
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where Luminary or its service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate measures for international transfers of personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services evolve or legal requirements change. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
